“EVOLVE YOUR BRAIN” by Joe Dispenza

Thirteen years after the book “EVOLVE YOUR BRAIN” was published for the first time, I started reading it.
Thus, I became fascinated by Joe Dispenza’s idea that we are what we are thinking:

“What we repeatedly think about and where we focus our attention is what we neurologically become.”

However, I did not understand the medical terms and I moved quickly over those chapters.

I realized I was clueless only when I started reading the same medical terms in books by authors other than Joe Dispenza. This is why I began to learn correctly about my brain. It was a challenging journey for me. It was frustrating that I did not understand as quickly as I wanted to, but my persistence paid off, and finally, I got it. The British manual “Psychology” helped me a lot. In this way, I began to learn about not only my brain but also my nervous system, my perceptions, and my sensations.

And I fell in love with neuroscience.
This is how, three years after I read and re-read “EVOLVE YOUR BRAIN,”  I took the exam and became a student at the Psychology college at the tender age of fifty-two years old. 🙂
